Mesker First - one door, four cores can do it all. The N Series Door has full flush seamless faces with no weld marks. Because it is universally handed, it fits both right and left hand openings. Factory Mutual is standard and Underwriters Laboratories and Warnock Hersey labels are available as options.

This increases resistance to sag by more than 40% with the addition of the long top hinge reinforcement and the Mesker Superior Strong-Tab^TM interlocking tab and slot system of the tight hemmed edge. For standard installations, specify N Series Door in 18 gauge and for extra heavy duty, specify 16 gauge. The N Series Door meets Levels 1,2  and 3 design criteria called for in ANSI/SDI A250.8-2003 and government specifications.

For increased resistance to corrosion, A60 galvannealed door faces are available as an option. The N Series door is designed for use in commercial, institutional and industrial applications where economy, quality, reliability and service are important factors. The N Series Door can be equipped with glass lites and louvers of all sizes. The top channel can be inverted for exterior applications. The top and bottom channels can be field trimmed.   

CLOSER REINFORCEMENT:  Every N Series door is furnished with a closer reinforcement box.

EXTRA LONG LIFE: The key to the N-Series sag resistance is the extra long 3/16 hinge reinforcement.

LOCK REINFORCEMENT: Thye N Series Door can be prepared for Govt. 161 cylindrical locks with a 2 3/4 backset (ANSI A115.2 lock front), or a Govt. 86 mortise lock with a 2 3/4 backset (ANSI A115.1 lock front.) N Series Doors are also available preped for sectional trim, panic and electric devices.

HEMMED EDGE: The hemmed edge of the N Seriues door offers an extra smooth transition between faces.

UNIVERSAL HANDING: N Seires Doors fit both right and left hand openings, due to the double hole pattern and reversible filler plate.
