Mesker Remodeling Frames are the right choice for many remodeling or encapsulation applications. The Remodeling Frame is available in 16 and 14 gauge cold rolled steel, or A60 galvannealed steel in many profiles. The frame actually consists of six components including a header, hinge jamb and strike jamb with accompanying trim sections. The remodeling frame profile is adjustable, which simplifies custom fits for individual openings. Corners:  Clean, sharp mitered corners provide the smooth, attractive appearance.

Lock Down Tabs:  Strong four-tab holding system in each corner provides the necessary strength.

Standard Stops:  5/8 high stops on all profiles for easy weatherstripping.

Plaster Guards:  Factory installed plaster guards on all hinge and strike reinforcements.

Strong Reinforcements:  Projection welded one-piece reinforcements for maximum strength. 3/16 reinforcements on all 1 3/4 frames for maximum strength and sag resistance.

Anchor:  16 gauge floor anchor welded-in for easy fastening. Four Countersunk holes for #12 x 2 flat head screws per jamb provide quick anchoring to existing openings.
