The NVS Door has a mechanically interlocked and continuously welded edge seam. If you write "seamless" in your specifications, you may get hollow metal doors that have edge seams filled with bondo or putty filler that will eventually crack and fall out.

Continuously Welded Seamless Vertical Edges
Steel Doors (AlA Section 08110; SOl 2.3.1.2 Seamless) In addition to the requirements for full flush doors, no visible seams are permitted along the vertical edges. When a seamless door is specified, the vertical door seams will be continuously welded, and dressed smooth, with no putty or filler. Available Options
